SBI has the most advanced fleet of harbor assist tugs in the state. We provide 24-hour ship assist tug service in all commercial ports in the state of Hawaii. Two reverse tractor tugs and two conventional twin-screw tugs are manned by the most capable masters and deckhands in the state and are on call 365 days a year for any job that needs them.
The newest addition to our harbor fleet is the Tira Lani - a 4200 horsepower reverse tractor which was built from the keel up in our own shipyard (SOMAR) in 1999. Every pilot and master asks for her by name.
